Delivery of my Arlen Ness mirrors were processed and delivered in a very timely manner. I think there needs to be better information on products, but this is not J&P issue in hole as many ate from the manufactures to the sales rep.

This experience has SUCKED they shipped me a part with a diffrent skew number and diffrent then pictured on website and in my order. The part did not fit. I had to cut metal off and bend metal to kindof make it work. Customer service just told me the part I received was the correct part for my bike and quit communicating when I sent them a picture of the part and skew I received verses the part shown in my invoice / website.
Pretty good. But last time was PURE HELL so we will see how it goes this time. You have got to get off that crap mail invations service. I didnt even get the 2nd store credit I was told they were applying to my account.
Ordered a mustang seat. Best seat
I ever had on any motorcycle I have owned. You sit in it, not on it, and the back rest is awesome, love this seat, expensive but you get what you pay for. Will buy again for next bike that is for sure.

Too Easy to purchase most everything. So smooth I need twin super coolers on my wallet.
If a part is damaged during shipping, due to poor packing. Send a replacement not a refund. No I still need part and have to pay shipping again
