Never had a bad experience buying from J&P. The products arrive quickly and are well packaged, and anytime I have contacted them the customer service is great.

I purchased a Vance and Hines product and it was shipped quickly.

I ordered accessory mounts for my handlebars. I had to return them because they just wouldn't work. From the time I sent them back, it was only bought three days and I was refunded.

Fantastic customer experience including the chat line. The only thing I'm not convinced about is JP charging Australian GST (goods and service tax) from time of order to time of delivery in Australia was 5 days (unbelievable!)

I made my first order from them almost a month back after some hiccups and miss communications that caused delays in receiving all of the products ordered. Their customer service reached out and made it right. Even with the delays. Their products still arrived well packaged, looked amazing and worked great. I gave them a second shot a few days ago and made my second order as I was looking for an alternative to my heavy leather jacket. They had a very had what I was looking for. I ordered an industry 21 armored hoodie. This time it arrived early and again well packaged. If your looking for a wide selection of well made products that work and look good. I recommend you give them a shot.

U guys said u had a crome battery cover for me, but it was a blem, when i got it it was dented, i guess that what u guys call dents, blems, it was no big deal for me a small rubber hammer and i was good to go, thanks for all your help

Ordered a saddleman seat for my 2010 harley davidson wide glide. I love the new seat! Definitely a upgrade from the stock seat! Everything was done in a timely manner from the order being processed to it being shipped! I even got my new seat a day earlier than expected! 10/10 will definitely be doing more buisness.

Went to J&P cycle in Taylor Mich. To order some tires for my Goldwing 1800. The staff was great very friendly and knowledgeable. She ordered my tires and said she'd call when they showed up at the store.
She had called few days later and I brought my wheels up to the store and they mounted and balanced them really quick. I will get the next set of tires from J&P cycle.

We ordered a couple things for my husband's motorcycle, not only did they have fast delivery, but they also had the best prices compared to others. We will definitely be ordering from them again.
