Right out of the box I noticed a good amount of scratches on the new fender struts. There was a few spots on the edges that had some rough spots which will require to be sanded down in order to not damage the paint on the bike. If it wasn't for the scratches I'd give it a hire review

My BR1800 tactical bag was exactly as I expected. Large amount of space, multiple pockets to organize smaller items and it fits perfectly on my Street Bob.

My Parts actually did not fit, but it was not the fault of JP cycles when I called in. They were super helpful with getting my parts returned. This is a good company to do business with thanks.

I originally order the part from another company which would have saved me over $100. It took almost a week before they finally reached out and said they couldn't fulfill the order. To say I was quite upset about that. I then immediately made the order through J&P and received it the very next day. I won't lie, it was definitely a little more expensive, but like they say, you get what you pay for.

Found what I was looking for quickly online, the catalogue (inventory) is very extensive and easy to scroll through to find what you need.

Ordering from J&P Cycles has been straight forward, their website easy to navigate and search products that fit my specific bike. My order was processed and shipped quickly and on time.

I was told my order would arrive on a certain day and it was a week later it arrived! Maybe it was FedEx IDK, it did arrive and I installed it and all is good now!

Ordered oil change kit from J&P after ordering oil change tools from Amazon.

1st class operation, hands down with the staff and products.

I ordered new primary cover gaskets, an Oxford analog clock and a pair of Airfoil over-glasses goggles.

Haven't used the gasket yet, but the clock looks great on my bike, is easy to read and keeps perfect time.

The goggles fit comfortably over my hard plastic frame polycarbonate glasses.

I am a bit shell-shocked on the price of products for Harley-Davidson. It has been a long time since I have purchased any parts. Of well can't do anything about it!

This is by far is the most comfortable best helmet I've ever had. I'm a big fan of the push-up face shield rather than the whole modular. Highly recommend.

The new Memphis Shades windshield from J&P Cycles arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It fit exactly right, form fit and function matched or exceeded the OEM windshield. The design was improved with milled mounting holes and nylon grommet inserts to lessen stress fractures.

Wrong parts. The flat covers are for a touring turn signal. They are much bigger. Not worth the hassle of returning them. I'll just eat it like I always do.

Ordered a barnett clutch cable for my indian scout an couldn't be happier with the process, my Ordered got delivered earlier than what was expected

Received sliders, right one had bad bushings this was a mistake from the factory, took two days and 3 hours of shatting with customer service technician that seems to never understand even with pictures and explainations that the problem was the bad bushings and not the fitting of the seals and year of the fitment to finally get the boss of customer service that understood right aways the problem andtold me that he will sent me new sliders ( have not been send yet). So you need to improve the technical skills of your tech.

The entire shopping experience and product quality are amazing, the shipping communication sucks! I received a notification that my order arrived at the shipper and that's where it stayed until it was delivered the day after it was estimated. No updates along the way and the AI generated help desk had no information. Thank God J&P Cycles are trustworthy.

So the first time my order went to the other side of town by mistake I emailed customer service told them I didn't receive the order and was told I was a liar that I did get it but they'll send another one anyhow so they sent another order to the same wrong address this time I called customer service so they sent a third package fortunately I received that one I'm sure someone enjoyed selling the 300$ worth of headlights they received and I certainly learned to order my parts somewhere else so it all worked out.

I needed a replacement tail light and cleaning supplies for my Harley Davidson and they had exactly what I needed!
