I was very pleased with my order especially since it was available for the same price as far as I know and included free shipping and it was delivered before expected.
I ordered a triple tree and not only is is clearly used and off someone's old bike but it is scratched and damaged. I am mind blown a worker would see it, and actually sell it as a new product.
Good selection of parts unfortunately ordered a tire right before the major storms my tire was stuck in Kentucky at a fed ex location took over a week to get it dug out 😀
Service from JP was great was sent out fast. But that's where thinks went to crappie. FEDEX dropped the ball big time. Shipment was sent out in 3 parts all within 2 days of each other. The 2 packages sent from the same location one was shipped first the other 1 day later
The one shipped last made it here in a hurry only 3 days the one shipped first took a week. Thinking Fedex lost it till JP got involved, then it magically appeared. You guys are great. Fedex sucks.
Always have the parts needed, site is easy to navigate and even if i have to call to talk to anyone there are always helpful and polite.
The products always arrive on time and speedely. If I ever need to return or exchange an item, the process is simple. The customer service is great!
Good shopping site, service was great, shipping is fast. Communication is timely, and it is easy to get a HUMAN on the phone when things go wrong. There was an address isue with my order which I was unaware of, and 15 minutes after I placed the order, i got a call frm J&P cycles and the issue was resoved.Very pleased with J&P Cycles.

USPS sucks anymore. Takes twice as long as it should. Free shipping is great but I would suggest if UPS is comparable in price to ship through, consider dropping USPS to prevent secondary blame from less considerate customers. J&P processed and shipped my items asap but the post office took 9 days to deliver it.

What's in stock ships fast. This order was in stock, but the fedex shipper took 10 days to deliver a second day air shipment.

I came in the store not sure what type of helmet I was looking for. Your guy Daniel was very helpful and took a lot of time with me. I probably could have ordered it online after the initial meeting but chose to come back in and have Daniel order it. I don't know if they work on any kind of commission but he deserves one.
My fault for not paying attention but the kit is two quarts, an o-ring, and a primary gasket short. Not enough oil for three hole service
I sometimes order from JP cycle, and sometimes order from dk, your competitor.
DK gets my product out to me in a very short time, several days usually. JP, on the other hand, takes a week and a half. I gave you three stars because your products have quality, but your ship time sucks

Answer: Hello Sebastiano, Currently we do not have that sissy bar in stock, we would have to order it in from our distributor. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
