Everything was great, shipping sucked! They need to get their crap together!

I needed these brackets for my sissy bar…for whatever reason the brackets that came w the bar did not fit (purchased through different website) …. The measurements on this website were actually accurate and I was finally ableTo fit the brackets.

Selection was simple and easy to use website. Shipping speed was sooner than projected.

I knew what helmet I wanted. But as I started my search at my usual retailer, I found out that the distributor was no longer providing the brand to the North American market. Some sellers still had limited sizes and colors in stock. I found a color I could live with in my size at J&P. This newest version was significantly nicer than my ten year old copy. And not much more costly at a closeout price. Score!

I recently started using J &P and it's been a breeze fmso far,with fast shipping. The only thing negative I could say is they don't have enough harley vrod part options

My peg fell off (I don't know why) and had a heck of a time getting home. Nice to find one so quick. The one I bought from JP looks a lot better on my old bike. Good job JP stocking parts like this.

Great Helmet and a great price! Love it! The helmets fits perfect and I got the last in this size and it was a great choice and color, I will buy more motorcycle stuff in the future from JP cycles..

When I placed my order, each item was listed as shipping within 24 hours. That was one of the deciding factors on choosing to shop at j&p. Part of the order shipped in a timely manner, the rest took over a week from the order date.
When I inquired about the order I was first told by a resident customer service associate that the items were preparing to ship. When I inquired again, two days after that, I was told the items needed to be sourced from a different supplier. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was unable to be canceled and that I had to wait to get the order, whenever it might show up. As an apology, I was supposedly given store credit but the only record of that is in the chat transcript as I was informed it won't show up in my account. I have no faith that it will be there should I choose to order again. Nothing about this experience inspires confidence for future orders going well.

Ordered my product and received it the very next day.

Everything came fast but don't get the hog workz billet roadglide windscreen trim absolutely horrible paper thin and doesn't Lin up at all
Obviously that's not any fault of JP cycle have no complaints on them

Great shop for ordering Harley parts. If you own a Harley you know you will need parts. J&P is my go to place.

I received the wrong items again. Before I just bought the right stuff and didn't worry about a reimbursement. I will this time though.

Would have been five stars. Tired are great just didn't like the blue coat that came on the white walls. Other than that it was great
