Very smooth and easy ordering. Was looking for a small backrest pad to just cover the mounting plate.
It also came with a chromed attachment plate for securing it to the sissy bar posts instead. A good deal for the price.

I had two separate orders on the same day (Sunday). The second order on Sunday still wasn't processed on Wednesday of the week. Two different calls on two different days about this order. The first call the representative gave me an account credit. The second call on Wednesday I was reminded of this. My reason for calling was it still wasn't processed! I got upset with this fact! If memory serves me correctly I asked it was possible to have the order expedited to get it processed and shipped. I was told that was not possible. The warehouse it was coming from was from Vegas. I had a prior order from here and had the same issue.
If this was my company/warehouse I'd begin to see why! The other is the two day shipping. It shouldn't matter where the warehouse. We the customers believe that you as a company would stand behind what you advertise! In the meantime I've begun looking for another company to order from! I also hope that they have no connections with J&P!

I ordered this petcock for my 2001 Indian Scout. Price was decent and the product was good quality. I have not put it on as of yet because I need to rebuild my carb! So far so good!

Paid additional 2nd day shipping only to find out I'd have to wait as long as 5-7 days to ship before waiting another 2 days. Not a big deal but would have saved the additional cost knowing it would take that long.
Packaging just crying out for being damaged. Hardly any packing to cushion the items in a box with so much room inside.

Received my new helmet yesterday, & I love it. I got a scorpion (skulls) in a full face, first one ever. I've always wore a modular, so I was kind of effie on a full face. But love it, The fit was perfect.

The equipment I ordered was to be guaranteed fitment for my motorcycle. I believe that to be a subjective statement as it required field modification to appropriately fit my bike. It was close, just not that close.
