I did receive my order and they were the right parts. I am not happy with how long it took to receive parts that were in stock.
I ordered the parts on a Monday which I thought was plenty of time to have them by the weekend. I had planned to install them on Saturday. We were going for a ride on Sunday. On Tuesday, the day after I ordered, I received a notice they had shipped. Since I am in Ohio and so is JP Cycle I was confident my weekend plans would hold up. When they had not arrived on Friday I tried to trace the shipment, but I had not been provided a shipment number. I thought surely, they would show up Saturday, but sadly no. I missed the ride on Sunday. If only I would have paid just a little more ($2.96 more) and sourced the parts locally, I would have had parts installed and made the ride on Sunday. Live and learn I guess.
Everything I've ordered from them has been at my door within days and products are great. When I decided I wanted to go a different route with my air cleaner, it was hassle free to send back the one I ordered. Awesome company
Ordered U Groove spark plugs and received HP Copper Spark Plugs instead. Not much of an issue, but definitely not what I was expecting to receive

I reorder my extension for my handlebars and they still got it wrong after having to return brake and clutch lines and I was told at first I needed extension and I ordered it it was wrong called back to tell them it was wrong one's then told me I didn't need them get the handlebars in to find out I do then reorder it sent me an email then find out those are wrong SIGN--TOTALY PISS OFF
It was super easy to shop and find items specific to my bike! Everything worked as intended, and I will definitely shop at J&P Cycles again!
Always good and it's a easy site to navigate and parts supplies are well displayed on pages to look into I wish this company was in Canada because the shipping is expensive for me otherwise it's good
