Was sent a link for the Standard delivery after I couldn't check out. Reordered through the link and my purchase arrived a week later.

Shopping for tires, bike didn't pass inspection (tred slightly too low). Wanted to outsource tires for something a little cheaper, because their estimate cost for 2 tires (michelin's only) + balance + install + tax + whatever else was ~$600. Opted for dunlops i decided on after browseing J&P. Tires delivered fast, ended up saving $130 overall, passed inspection, & I'm happy with the new shoes. Webiste a few little quarks, but everything mostly pretty good. Will be back to buy more 'bike stuff from J&P sometime soon.

I bought a new kickstand for my 11 streak. Lied and it didn't come with a bolt to bolt it on, or the spring kind of point went to have a kickstand without a bolt to bolt.It on or a spring

I purchase these hoping the were not cheap quality with potential fit up issues. I had to do some minor tweaking of the saddlebags mounting brackets. Otherwise, I am 100% satisfied with the fit and quality. I mounted them to a 1997 softail heritage! I wish I could attach a photo to this!

My experience was great, and always has been. The parts I ordered were correct, no issues with fitment, and were delivered in 3 days after I placed the order, and returning, if necessary, is easy. I have nothing bad to say about J & P Cycles.

Battery shipped quickly and arrived quickly. Would recommend

I wanted a classic style white Bell helmet. They had one in my size for what seems like a good price. I received it within a few days of my order

Placed my order with J&P on April 6. Received most of the order in a few days via Fed X. One item, a fuel strainer was packaged in a box that also contained a cycle battery and a few other parts. The fuel strainer is a somewhat fragile item and because it was poorly packaged it was smashed by the other items in the box. I contacted J&P customer service regarding this problem. I received a reply from Tamika C. I was instructed to send a picture of the damaged part which I did. I requested a replacement for the damaged fuel strainer. At this point I'm waiting for a reply. One other item in my order, 6 volt battery cover didn't arrive with the other parts from Fed X. It was shipped via USPS. It was ordered at the same time as the other parts April 6 and just arrived today April 20. I tracked the shipping of this part and couldn't believe what I was seeing. If I'm reading the tracking correctly this part traveled from New Jersey to Philadelphia, PA back to New Jersey to Sacramento, California to Olathe, Kansas to Fargo, North Dakota and then finally to my residence in North Dakota. A rough estimate of travel for this one part would be about 14 days and 5000 miles.That is ridiculous! I can't really pin this totally on J&P but J&P's suppliers are not doing J&P's customers any favors by using USPS for delivery. They are notoriously inefficient. And in order to prevent shipping damage J&P's suppliers need to be conscience of fragile items when filling a multiple part package.

It was quick and easy to shop and purchase my tires. The rear tire I received with in 3 days the front one got lost or was shipped the opposite direction. It left KY. Went to IL. Back to KY. To OR. Where it stayed for a couple of days. That's when I contacted Customer Support. They helped me out by assuring me the issue will be resolved.

Had what I was shopping for and the price was very affordable.

I ordered one size larger but the rain pants are small and I will have trouble putting them on over my leathers especially while wearing boots... my trip is too close for replacement so I will make due but I suggest two sizes larger.

As I stated in my review I paid for new and received an open box with all the protective plastic removed and badly stuck back onto the windshield. The box was open and re-taped. Since the windshield was so difficult to find I decided to keep the open box one received but I am very hesitant to ever to business with J&P Cycles again.
