Most of the time I get what I need after a few days shipping. I've been generally happy with J&P sales and services the products have always been great. But IAC valves in my 06 Dyna seem to die I also ordered a new engine temp sensor we'll see if that clears up the IAC issues.

Got a 07 kawasaki en500 vulcan and the parts were compatible, was able to fix and noe is street ready.
I ordered a fender for my bike. Once getting it and having it powder coated, found out that the fender wasn't the right one. I contacted you and you sent me the information to send it back. I waited too long to print out the shipping label. So I went and ordered a second fender making sure that everything was completely correct for my bike. I received another fender just like the first one you sent. So, now I'm sitting here with two new fenders that I still can't use. The one that was powder coated now has a line on it to show where the 2016 Wide Glide's fender should stop.
I ordered some brake lines and one set did not include all of the hardware it was supposed to. Customer service has been giving me a hard time trying to get the hardware which is probably worth 10 cents, but I have to either order it or buy it from a dealer for about 12 dollars. I'm not sure why they think I'm lying about 10 cents worth of missing hardware on a 400 dollar order. A tad frustrated with them.
