I purchased a couple of products from J&P Cycles. This review is fir the HogWorkz 4 point docking system, and the HogWorkz luggage rack, the Air Wing for Harley touring. Both utems were purchased at the same time, yet shipped separately, which is a little annoying. If it had been only a day or two between shipping dates it wouldn't have been an issue...but there was like a 4 or 5 day lag so that kinda sucked because I wanted to get my project started.
The products were well packed and protected.
The chrome 4 point docking system is beautiful and sturdy with heavy chrome. Really an outstanding product and I highly recommend it.
The luggage rack was however, really disappointing. The chrome and rack were very thin, and the end piece was chromed plastic, barely attached to the rack itself. For something that sells close to $200, well, it just didn't seem quality.
The return was easy and customer service was excellent.

The website is easy to use and find exactly what you need. The products are always as listed.

I ordered on 2 occasions a replacement 4 1/2" ring for my passing light. I received a 6" headlight ring.
I reordered a pair of 4 1/2" ring and received 2 6" headlight rings.
Both were returned.
I'll buy again but I'll call my order in to avoid this screw up again.

Im retired, I currently ride a 2007 Ultra Classic which has been converted into a CSC trike. My wife and I typically ride 400 to 600 miles per day when we do an ocassional road trip. The original seat has seen better days and was wearing pretty thin. After trying air cushions we decided it was time to buy a new seat. My wife was injured years back and underwent thee neck surgeries so comfort was a must. After doing a great deal of research and reading reviews I decided to purchase the Saddlemen. Upon receiving the seat I was very impressed by the quality. Not only does the seat look great but its a statement of true craftsmenship. 5 stars there. Installing the seat was simple, out with the old, in with the new. But, perhaps because my bike was converted the seat sat higher in the frame. Im the second owner so Im not sure if the old seat was the original. Sitting higher in the frame isnt a problem but it does expose the body frame under the seat by about two inches, I'll get used to it. I got the seat the day before a scheduled ride, we were planning a two day trip of just under 1,000 miles. After installing the seat I took it out for a spin of about twenty miles. It felt stiff, like new shoe leather would feel. Ok, so it needs to be broken in supposedly. Im old, tall and thin and my $#*! aint what it used to be, but it'll break in right? The following morning we and our friends hit the road. About 80 miles into the trip we stopped for gas and coffee. My $#*! was sore like never before. Too late to make a long story short but here it is. I like the seat and I know (hope) that it will break in eventually but I dread putting another 100 miles on it let alone 1,000. My wife absolutely refuses to get back on the bike unless I change the seat or she uses the air pad. Im sure it is a good seat but "Not so happy wife...you know the rest.
