Other than all parts being shipped separately which I believe all should have came in 1 box, & all the same day.
Fairly easy to browse through site, some prices are a bit too high for me, but good things that ya really want are seldom inexpensive.

Purchased this product for my sons new bike. Was told by J&P that my order had shipped. It had Not Shipped. It didn't ship for another week. I sent them an email stating that I would not buy anything else from them that I would need in the near future. I meant it.

2 orders placed both says in stock ships in 24hrs. 1st order took over a week to be shipped. The second order after the 3rd day of no shipping was told the order was cancelled because the product wasn't in stock.
