Always easy fast and reliable and the turn around time of getting the product is usually very quick.

I was looking for a quieter baffle for my Vance and Hines pipes due to the fact that I ride long distance all year round and I reached out to JP and they made sure I had the right parts. It was an easy process and I'm very happy with the baffles.

I pulled up the website, entered my make, and model and year Harley Davidson, and found the handlebars I wanted

Product was fine, but when I ordered a set of front brake pads, I assumed I was paying for 4 pads. The order from did not specify that I would only get 2 pads when I checked the quantity 1
Why would you send only 2 brake pads for a bike that has 2 front brake discs? Now I have to order 2 more pads. (frustrating)

I ordered a part for my Harley that did not fit, which according to the website it said it would and it was made for my year bike. Unfortunately because of your return policies I can't return it because I've opened the item so now I have to wear a 80+ dollar loss. But I will say at least ordering the part was easy.

Item description stated next day shipping, which was one of the reasons for shopping at J&P. It did not ship next day and took a week to get.

This company has always had what I needed and they makes it easy to locate parts and ships fairly fast!
