This may be just the one bad experience I had, but it happens. I ordered a part along with other parts, but this one was missed by the supplier and never sent out. J&P reached out after is should have been delivered and got it out to me, but then it took a while in the mail and the post office said it was delivered, which didn't happen. Then after the post office claimed it was delivered, it magically showed up four days later. I know the mail stuff isn't J&Ps fault, but just adds to the experience.
The process was very simple, I had previously sized the helmet in the sore, so when it was time to purchase it was easy to just find what I wanted on line and place the order.
A TRUE ASSET TO THE MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY. Rear tire was ordered but later found out it wasn't in stock. I had to call and reorder it. Customer service was 💯!
The shopping on line was a good experience. The shipping needs some work. But it was UPS.
The two day shipping did not happen. Ordered tires on Friday and didn't arrive till Thursday afternoon.
The tires I bought were pretty fair in price with everyone else and it was exactly what I needed.
They look great.I haven't installed them yet.I might let you know after I put them on.
I looked for a fuel tank emblem and this came up. When it arrived it was for a flat surface.
