I am very happy with the technical support at J&P. HOWEVER my order placed on the 15th got to Madison Wi.(less than 70 miles from me) and sat there for 2.5 days. UPS told me that the shpper J&P allows them to transfer to others for the lowest shipping rate. My package was under a pound and could have been put in the mail and avoid all this.
8 days to get my parts. THIS SUCKS.
J&P from now on will be a last resort for me.

I've been parts shopping with J&P for a number of years and have always found the products to be good and the service excellent.
I received the order on time and was complete and what I needed.
Bought a green windscreen for my 24 zx14r. Website said it'd fit 06-24. Got the windscreen snd the package said 06-18. Concerned about fitment issues i called customer service. Their policy is you can return it if it's not opened. I talk to I believe Mark. He said man no worries. I understand your concern but we both agreed it SHOULD fit due to no real changes to design on the 24. BUT he took it a step further and said man I'll vouch for you on this. Open it see if it fits and if not send it back no shipping charge and I will personally see to your refund. You cannot beat service like that. Long story short, i tried it, windscreen fits like a dream and looks awesome as hell!
I thought that the JP Cycle up in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and the crew that works there were very knowledgeable and very helpful in I ordered my tire and it beat me home.
