Easy and straight forward but the dial is a little difficult to figure out what each line means. It's not in 10 pound increments

I've been a customer for over 20 years. They always have the best quality parts on hand. Weather I'm ordering for my 82 xls or my 11 ultra, they have it. Including many custom parts for older bikes.

I needed to replace my handlebar riser bushings because the ones on my bike were all bent and dented and the handlebars were rocking forward and backwards. So I picked these to replace them and they worked out great. The bars are nice and tight now. Thank you.

Placed an order for a few items and got an order confirmation on 5/12/24 and then an order receipt on 5/14/24. After not receiving a shipping confirmation for "in stock" items, I placed a call to customer service on 5/17/24 and a very nice lady apologized and said she could not explain why the order was late and there were no "notes" or reasons. She said the order should go out the next day. I received the order on 5/24/24, not what I've experienced with J&P in the past. Somewhat disappointing
