I ordered the TC bros mid controls for my Sportster, and the kit arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. No issues!

I ordered my product on a Wednesday evening, paid for next day with the understanding it wouldn't be processed till Thursday and "next day" would be Friday. Well I even got a confirmation email saying it would be here Friday, it didn't come till Saturday so my customer didn't get his memorial ride in and when I tried contacting j&p they said wasn't their fault, it was the shipper fault.
All I wanted was my "next day" fee returned but all I got was the runaround.
I wouldn't refer no one to j&p simply because customer service is terrible!

Fast service, great products for my Harleys and Indian. Always wish there were more however for the Indian.

Shipping was fast. Filter kit is good quality. Shipping communication was great.

I use J&P only when my regular distributors do not have the parts on hand that I need. When the Anamosa store was still open, I got dealer pricing through them. Since the buyout I have tried to get dealer pricing and it has been a no-go. As a small independent shop owner, I have to keep my customers on the road, and will use J&P only as a last resort, even though they were one of my main suppliers before the buyout.

I ordered these grips to replace the factory grips on my new bike. The originals were very minimal and small in diameter. The new ones are slightly larger. The cross hatch pattern provides a cushioned and larger feel. Just what I wanted.

Noticed, on a Sunday evening, my rear tire on my 2016 Harley had wires showing. I ordered my tires, front and rear, from JP cycles on Monday. They arrived at my home Wednesday, mid-day. Got my bike and tires dropped off to shop and picked up on Friday, just in time for our ride Saturday and huge group ride on labor day.

The transaction went down very well as well as the packaging and delivering. The instructions said 2019 and later might need to remove some material on the levers. I have a 2018 and on the front brake lever I had to remove about a dime-sized diameter and half the thickness because it was too high to get into the area where it was to be installed and work properly. Besides that I like the levers.

The gremlin bell I ordered arrived 2 days after I placed the order. I live in Houston but I really like visiting the pigeon forge store when I'm in Gatlinburg, TN.,

Got order quick, hogworkz soft lowers are tight on crash bars, have to leave lower zipper unzipped to get them on.

They had what I needed fast shipping but shipping cost was a little ridiculous. I ordered 2 gas cap gaskets for about 8 bucks and cost 7 for shipping but I received the order in 3 days.
