I ordered tires. They were in stock; at a warehouse near me; and they were delivered faster than expected with no shipping charges. Price is the same as everyone else's, to the penny, so no advantage or disadvantage there.

It was easy and vary knowledgeable and aftermarket parts fits my bike

The parts u list or show online need better descriptions so u don't order the wrong part like I did

The box for the 14" ape hangers was very big. One grip end was protruding out of the corner of the box, but seems to have some sort of sock on it so i may not bee damaged. I hope to look at it this weekend.

FedEx did not deliver my tires for about a week.
They accidentally sent my package from Ohio where I live to Arizona.

I wish they would specify the exact type of fittings rather than calling it "universal". I am working with parts that are metric apparently, so the "universal" line should be called "American" for clarity.

I purchased parts for my Honda rebel, air filter, carb rebuild kit and a petcock. The filter was right the kit was wrong but at least had a part I needed so that was fine I just bout the kit for that part so no foul. Lucky it was a common part for bike carbs, the petcock was completely wrong no biggie right just return it. No $15 part cast me $10 to return lol nah thanks I have plenty of bikes roll through I'll eventually use it. Not so happy about the return policy when it want I who made the wrong. Alls well Amazon had the part. Sad really.

Overall, not a bad experience. My part was easy to track. It seems to work well, unfortunately I am having a different issue with the bike and it will not run. So it looks like I will get to use J&P Cycles again.

Fast delivery straight to my door, arrived in great shape and quick.

I've never been disappointed when I order always on time when they say it will be delivered.

My bike has the Schrader valve in the clutch handle so I needed to get a set of compatible grips. Though these "work", the end of the grip is not designed to be removed to allow you to adjust your suspension. Not a huge deal for me, but if you are looking at a grip that will allow access to your suspension adjustment, you will either have to get a different set or modify this one.
The grip is a little lighter than I anticipated. Almost feels cheap because it is so light, but the overall quality is pretty good. The grip is comfortable. I bought medium size and they do not dampen vibration as well as my old grips (these were large).

Employee was super nice and helpful. Great experience all around, highly recommend.
