Worst customer service ever. Product was guaranteed to ship within 48 hours. Ordered on a Monday. Shipped a week later.
When I called, I was told "It was already shipped""
It never shipped, they simply generated a label. Then it sat in the warehouse for a week.
Zero help offered, zero anything.

Harley no longer carries the product I needed and was able to find it easily here with multiple options.

I purchased through this website because I was offered a 10% off promo code from J&P Cycles. After putting almost $500.00 worth of products into my shopping cart and then completing my purchase I found out that the products I purchased were not allowed with the promo code. The promo code was not shown with any limitations prior.

Available parts, easy to find, it took a month to arrive. I know that's not J&P cycles fault for poor postage, however it took at least 7 days for you to process before posting.
I would be very reluctant to purchase anything from america now.

For your information, DynoJet is garbage! They sold me junk and I ended up getting a Thundermax from JP that has been working perfectly with minor adjusting. I will keep JP in mind for any and all future needs!
