Everything was as it was supposed to be, get it when they said I would.

Was unsure on which tire would fit on my 07 harley one call to j&p cycle staff and was very politely given the correct information on my purchase.

Purchase experience was fine, the product however does not work as indicated and has been problematic. It enriched my fuel instead of leaning it out multiple times.

The people were helpful but not pushy and asked questions to see if they could help us find anything we needed.

Easy to order. Easy to fine the parts. Fast delivery. I will recommend to friends.

Bought as gift for my husband for Father's Day, it had been on his wish list and he was very happy and pleased with it. He uses it quite a bit and is a very useful add to his toolbox.

They look good and sound good not to happy there is cats in the pipes and if u want that Harley sound u need the baffles out other then that there alright

Parts were packaged very well, shipping was extremely fast, all the parts in my order were correct. Each part came with its own return label just in case something wasn't correct. Prices on the parts were good and competitive.

This cable was the perfect replacement for my bike. Fitment was right on the money, and with some minor adjustments necessary for a new clutch cable, I was back on the road.

I purchased some Axcel high-performance spark plugs and they wasn't exactly what I thought they were supposed to be, but they said they would work in my bike. I installed them. The bike was backfiring and popping, and I took them back out after riding around the block on it and told him that they wasn't working like I expected, and I wasn't satisfied with them, and they give me a refund even though they had been used. I was very impressed and proud that they give me back the money that I spent for these plugs. I didn't have to return them or anything, and I've never dealt with any company that would do that for somebody so they went over backwards to do, what I was hoping they would do impressed
