I should have read the description better.
I bought the universal slip on exhaust and it ended up being to small for my bike so I am returning the 2. They look great and very solid bit not the right size for my bike.
Called in to because the throttle and idle cables came with the wrong size piece to attach the throttle tube too. Then they sent a Email to me to upload pictures to. Sent it in. Then they said I don't know what I am doing and won't exchange or warranty the item. Sent me to a tech. The tech hung up on me 2 times before I could give my email to him. Finally got the tech on the phone and they stated that I can't do what I am trying to do. They Don't work that way and started a refund. Well I am here telling you this has been done for the last 20 years. I have a 1990 sportster with a s&s carburetor with the right Cable Guide Assembly that you sell you can run cv style cables. They then asked me what harley davidson dealer I work for since I know so much and acting like I am stupid. For God sakes. S&S Cycle Cable Guide Assembly For S&S E / G Carburetor

Item: P******* SKU: ******* was to small to fit the cable. So I used the old ones and they fit and work. The ones that are supplied in the throttle cable bag and idle cable bag didn't fit and are to small. I also know sometimes the wrong ones get in the bag by mistake by the manufacturer. I will never use this company again. I will make sure everyone I know sees how your company treats customers. I have pictures and video and audio recordings of everything that has taken place. Worst experience with a parts company by far. 15 years ago this company was great. What happened?
Bought some parts and mistakenly ordered wrong grips. Called in and had no problem getting a return started.
The customer service rep was friendly, and (seemed) knowledgeable, however, the parts didn't fit.

It is very disappointing that your website specifically stated that the ouside diameter of the baffles is 2 inches and when i received them i measured them before install and they 1 13/16 inch, so not the right size.
Easy checkout, fast delivery, oversized box was damaged, but the product was damaged.
Parts listing and descriptions leave a lot to be desired. I mean there's nothing g there.

I needed 1 inch handle bars for my Victory Kingpin, lady recommended a nice pair. They came within a week of purchase. Thing is they sent me 6 handlebars instead of one. Called customer service and sent 5 back. They were grateful and gave me a 10 dolar credit on my next purchase.
