I went to order my battery online. There is a JP cycles in Scottsdale that I thought I might be able to pick up my battery from. My friend told me they have it there at the location. I was hoping if I bought it online, I could either pick it up or have it mailed really fast, as I'm only one town over. My battery got mailed from New Jersey. Not a complaint But it left me questioning the logistics

My brother likes to give me gift cards to J&P, but I shop and look for whatever I need regardless of a birthday or any other day. Good selection, they ship quick, never had an issue and continue to get what I need from good brands.
Original gasket never arrived because of problem with shipping. I tracked the order and once it was in my state of Ohio it basically circled my hometown for a week before I called JP Cycles to address the issue. Jason provided me with a two day shipment on another gasket which has left me satisfied. The three stars is for the shipping issues, otherwise I would give Jason five stars for addressing the issue correctly!
