Seamless easy always the right part. I never have an issue with J&P

The parts that were ordered were the parts that I received on the day that I was told to expect them.

Everything was great I bought a little tiny switch( 1"x1/4") at a great price that got here when it was supposed to in a big giant box12"x7"x4", that was defininetly a little big, shipping was more than the part but J&P had exactly what I needed and thats what counts.

I bought a speed meter from JC cycle. I was told that it fits my bike 2021 Harley Davidson according to My computer online when I install my speed meter my check engine light came on didn't know what was the problem because they will fit my bike, I took it to the Harley Davidson to check the check engine light. I was told that this was aftermarket speed meter that the computer is not according to the motorcycle so I spoke to a representative so I called the companykoso And spoke to a technician, they explained to me that because I have to my bike because I have changed the muffler system that the tune is interfering with the new speed meter that I have a choice either take the tune out of your bike then the gauge will work. Oh stay with the tune and live with the check engine light on. I live with my check engine light on. I will never know if anything else is wrong on my bike, so I decided to keep the gauge but I like to express myself to tell the company few details about the gauge. What do you have on your bike and tell me if it worked I spent over $400 with this Prada I'm not looking to send it back, but the word it should be any detail that this gate would not work if you have these kind of items in your bike which I didn't know so maybe I'm thinking about going to Harley Davidson and buying Harley Davidson Prada what would take off my check engine light is so sad it wasn't there to know so next time when I buy something from JC cycle, I'm gonna ask the questions before I buy it because the online computer say if it's my bike but now I'm stuck with this problem

I bought the chrome triples to replace a set of raked trees that came on my (used) bike.

A1 experience, 1 sharp edge on the chrome, that is to be expected of some imported goods.

It was hard to choose a truck because there were so many shoes from different sizes. The way they were mounted the chunk that I chose. Put on my luggage drag perfectly. The tiedowns are secure very easy to hook it on hook, especially like the Velcro inside the lid. Very happy with it.

I've been a J&P customer for a while and I've always been happy with my purchases and interactions with J&P staff. The only critique I have to offer is the web site can be a bit clunky when searching for a specific part. It could be my browser, I use firefox with a lot of security garbage, to protect me from other garbage, but it really seams more like it's design related where I know you have the part but need to try multiple queries to hit the right key word for what I'm looking for.
