JP cycles is a good merchant but when I received my battery the box was damaged. Thought the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I put the battery tender on. Battery seems to hold a 13.10 charge. Packaging for shipment freakin sucked $#*!. There was no bubble wrap to hold the battery box in place. $#*!

Purchased the wrong side saddle bag support. Based on the pictures initially provided on what a left and right was the picture mislead me to believe to purchase the other side for fitment. When received realized it was wrong side then what picture led to believe. Checked back on web site to purchase the correct side support and that particular support is out of stock now.

I was given several coupons to choose from However, at checkout it wouldn't allow the coupon to be applied to the billing and then I paid 7.99 for shipping that took almost a week and a half to two weeks. Now I work in a parts department for a dealership. I won't say which one(rhymes with bait-whiner) and I can get just about any part overnighted to my customers for under $35 wholly dependent on weight sometimes it takes longer because it's too heavy to ship overnight, but this part was tiny. Probably could've mailed it in the mail faster than it came through the package. It did come through the mail., giving them the option to have their vehicle up and running in the same day because of this issue the person I purchased the part for was stranded for over a week maybe look into your shipping process offer some options. But the way I see it. I think you owe me the shipping back maybe a coupon that'll work for the next purchase. The coupon I tried to use was SHIP35 thank you for your attention this matter.
