Outstanding service and attention to issues. I received my order and found a manufacturers defect. I contacted sales and immediately I got a return label and a replacement was sent right away. It's easy to rate high when everything goes right but how a company handles a problem is a better measure of who they really are. I will buy from J&P again

Product was as described. Instructions for repair should be evaluated by J&P team. If the detailed instructions are followed to spec then the bore after ream wouldn't be a press fit for bushings as OD of bushings is equal to ream size. Also, reaming the bushings after installation would appear to create an air gap in the throttle plate shaft which was the original issue.

They had what I needed. It was easy to find and order. This is a big reason I purchase my motorcycle parts from here.

Ordered few things needed as my bike was broke down. After a day or two I received notice that they didn't have one part like the inventory said so they refunded me quickly. Wasn't a big deal but the next part I needed right away and it wasn't shipping. I finally called to see what was going on and found out it was still coming from the factory. Was able to change my order and get a part that was ready to go and got it within three days. Customer service was great and I'm happy for the speedy fix.

Had other levers get snapped off too easily. This one fit perfectly and is much better constructed than the others. I believe this one will withstand the abuse better than the others. :)

My order came on time and and in good condition, as always! J&P is a largely known online shop for motorcycle parts and has always delivered.

Good, the product looks great. The price was great. The only thing is, one of the holes don't align up.

The cover itself isn't bad it has mo= to do with the size of it, it was purchased to cover a sportster and doesn't fit even though it was listed as the correct cover for the bike

I'm sure it would have been a great product but it didn't fit so I had to send it back
