I got all the right thing I ordered. I also even got the order early.

Buying the seat and the delivery was great. I personally did not like how the seat fit but that had nothing to do with J&P Cycles. But I did call customer service and spoke with them about it and they were amazing in helping me return the item and help with choosing anything seat. I will continue to order from them and highly recommend other people to use them as well.

Found the part ordered and had it within a few days. It was quick and easy

Decent replacement part. Doesn't seem to have the quality of oem. I had to de burr the gears before installing

The only reason for 3 stars is the line blew. It's always good shopping with them. And the product brand is always amazing. Not sure why it blew 10 minutes into run time when back together but it did.
