Looks great on the bike and so much more comfortable then the stock seat

Simple, Easy and always accurate on there descriptions and how they fit.

Ordered part just as done for many years past but this time received a bill / charge from "Cycle gear. Com". When I looked on my account with them no purchase existed. I had gone by the local Cycle Gear shop and made inquiry about the charge and they had no record of transaction and stated 'maybe hack/fraud. I then filed a query with Pay Pal and was told it was legitimate purchase. After doing some research and finding the Logo "Revzilla" on document sent me by Pay Pal and decided to follow the money. In doing so I finally found a charge I made to "J&P" for the amount and was not entered into that J&P account under my name until sent. I now realize all three entities are owned by the same corp. and hope future any transactions have the receipt / purchase listed with the company with which they were made. Do not know how many other company's are owned by this corporation but don't wish to play hide and seek with billing in future. S.D. Harvey

I was surprised to get just one seal. I thought it was a set of 4.

I have purchased this product before. It does what it was designed to do. So I purchased it again. The product was received as described.

I received my order for twin bag rails on Oct 4th and installed them that night when I went to install the end becket I realized JP cycles sent two lefts I reached out on Monday 7th and here is the 15 and the issue still hasn't been resolved
Hope JPC will just send 1 right side bracket so the I don't have to remove the rails which are already installed

I ordered the Drag Specialties HD FLSTC replacement ignition switch. The ordering process was easy, it was shipped quickly, and it fit the motorcycle perfectly.

Very comfortable seat for both the rider and the passenger.

I am not sure why everyone wants an immediate reviews when I haven't had an opportunity to install it yet.

Smooth as usual except for the weird wrinkle them I ordered two gaskets and they came from two different places several days apart. Since I paid a good bit more for the shipping than the parts, it left me wondering if that was necessary. I guess logistics don't always seem logical but kudos to JP because they did what it took to get the parts to me.

The shipping company could do bettering updating their status.

I've been ordering from J&p for about 15 years now. Always an easy and fast experience.

Can always find what I am looking for. Great prices as well!

The RPM membership might be of some use for someone who buy a lot of stuff. That's not me.

Easily found what I was looking for. Picked one out based on the reviews. Did J&P chat to confirm that it would fit my bike. Answered right away and verified it would fit my model.

I have made 3 orders recently, first I bought ba rebuild kit for a 1999 Softail Front brake master cylinder. Rebuild kit, I'm not sure what happened with this as it would be cheaper to fix than buy new, After the rebuild the brakes still did not work. No fluid coming through the cylinder. I did it right as it is an easy rebuild, Due to time restraints I bought a new cylinder, still waiting for it. I guess I missed something. Third was bolts (5) for the rear wheel, I went by the "fits this bike" and should have read better what I bought, They are too short. But they let me return them. So far I'm happy with J&P Cycles. Mostly the problems were mine but that's life. I can't blame anyone but myself. I still buy from J&P and will continue to do so.
