I had problems with the site. Customer service took charge, filled the order and all went well.

Very fast service. I placed my order, was notified when it shipped and had it faster than expected.

I could've ordered the suspension item from anywhere, at the same price. I chose you. An entire week goes by without any notification of what's going on. Then, I receive an email that there's an issue. I pitch a fit. Then, all of a sudden. I get a notice that it's been shipped. I'm not impressed by your work ethic.

The waistband on the pants doesn't let out much, so it's a tight squeeze wiggling into them, but stay up once on. No zipper on the legs makes it hard to put on, but means no wind or rain blowing in. The only thing I'd change is to add gussets at the waist t make them easier to go on.
I'm 6'2" and 250 lbs. I switch between xl and xxl and went with the xxl. I'm able to wear a very thick leather jacket, with liner and armor, and still feel like it fits. So much better than wearing hiking gear, which just isn't made for motorcycling. This has a belt, so the back doesn't blow upwards, and it's tough materiel that looks like it can withstand the constant 80mph wind when riding. The closures are also great at keeping the wind out. Wearing the hood under my helmet, it bulges around my neck. That lets the wind get around my neck and down my back. That's the only drawback.

I ordered this particular kit which included parts, specifically nuts, that were the wrong size.two bolts broke during installation…

However, the customer service representative was able to come up with a solution that was acceptable to me…however, the replacement kit also included nuts that were the wrong size…

Set the right helmet, but website recommended wrong Sena mounting kit and I bought it.
