J and P have been around for many years, i have over 35 motorcycles, and occasionally i need something for one of them. I always get quality name brand products at reasonable prices, in a reasonable delivery time.

I could've ordered the suspension item from anywhere, at the same price. I chose you. An entire week goes by without any notification of what's going on. Then, I receive an email that there's an issue. I pitch a fit. Then, all of a sudden. I get a notice that it's been shipped. I'm not impressed by your work ethic.
