There were issues with shipping to Canada due to the postal strike and J&P Cycles was able to pivot and use FedEx to allow me to get the order I wanted..
Easy to order, good price and fast delivery. Well packed. Fits my old FLH perfectly. Had to add the acid to the cells which is a bit tricky. Hard to see the acid in the battery. Slow and patient! Got the levels right.

I used the online chat to request a price match on a pair of rotors. The customer service rep was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He told me exactly what he needed, then sent me a link with the adjusted price. My order arrived quickly and was packaged well. Unfortunately when I inspected my rotors it was obvious that they had been used, with pitting, scratches, and road grime in the slots and holes. So l contacted customer service again to return them and they made that hassle free as well

The spring is excellent quality and matches OEM. It was out of stock but was shipped at no charge very quickly.
Shipped fast even during holiday weekend. Risers did not fit a 2020 softail though so J&p should update the description to read fits most early model 3.5" on center risers. They fit another bike I had so not a total loss.
