Kickstand is at the wrong angle and sits the bike straight up. The front brake master cylinder broke on installation and had to be replaced. Oil filter that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and was cancelled by J&P Cycles without notification for 5 days. Air filter that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and was cancelled after 6 days. It took the order 11 days to arrive after it was ordered.
Was very quick response and delivery.all the staff was very helpful. Products I purchased was easy to see if they fit my motorcycle

I've done a lot to my 2011 road king and all the products and parts I've bought from J&P came so fast and everything was there and in perfect condition. No issues at all whatsoever. J&P is always my first site when looking for parts or gear.

Thought I was getting an oil dipstick for my heritage and for plus $10 bucks, I got a 10¢ "O" ring.
I have a drawer full of o rings.
