Site said product was a fitment to my bike but was not when received. Customer service confirmed it was not compatible and proceeded with return.
Though I tried to change the shipping address, it would not work. Because I paid with PayPal and they automatically use my home address. Sent a tact immediately after placing the order to ccustmer service. Got an explanation but no resolution. Not a good deal.
When I purchase on line I simply want to make a purchase, not join a club, won't pay extra to get expected service, sick and tired of passwords, inaccurate carts that won't update correctly. Just want to submit my name, credit card number, address and end to transaction.

It is always good to buy from J&P for me, no hassle shipping, easy to contact if there is an issue, and good customer service. Still not quite happy with the online shopping interface, but it is worth it for the selection, pricing, and quality of what I purchase here. I have never had an unresolved issue from J&P.
Found what I wanted, but the search feature is still clumsy.
I'm guessing it's probably my fault, but I know that when I put in my search. My search results image looked very close to my battery. So I was excited and just ordered but I was actually looking for a BTX24HL-BS. And because I didn't check what my search result was and just seen the battery it looked similar to the one I had. I ended up ordering a BTX4L-BS. When you look at the numbers and letters it's only missing 2&H. When it showed up from my search, I just went with it and I'm not wanting to return stuff so I'll find a use for the battery when I later searched the website I should've actually searched for what bike in particular versus battery type. Because the bike I'm actually looking for is a battery for a 2013 Can-Am spider RS/T so the battery I currently have in it wasn't the correct battery in the first place. Honestly, though since this happened, I learned a lot about batteries after I received the battery really didn't need. So I'd say double check your orders because they're gonna send you what you asked for.

I really dig tge cover since I weld and metal grind i really needed a cover regardless of my bike being parked outside my garage while I work and i am looking to using it when my bars come in soon I hope. Thanks

Why do I place an order for 3 items for them to all ship a week apart for the first 2. And the 3rd still says processing? Good thing I'm not trying to get my bike together for an event of some kind or I would never order from JP Cycles again...

I waited almost 1 year for a new tire that the manufacturer (Triumph) couldn't replace on my bike. The dealer gave me the (J&P) URL link he got from a customer with same bike (Rocket 3). Great 3rd party (J&P) results for a product (tire) that the manufacturer (Triumph) couldn't deliver.
