Item was defective and yes I didn't realize it wouldn't ship for a few days and then was held up by post office on top of that to turn out it was damaged and to have to start over it seems most of what I order anymore seems to take longer and longer to be delivered

We bought the luv jug fans for them to work for a total of 3 days after they had to send me a replacement fan then it worked for just over 1 week and now it don't work again. Jp cycles tells me they can't do anything cause it's not their product, maybe stop selling other people's junk. Stay clear of Jp cycles, we are now out of $500

Customer service was great. Product was not always like working with JP cycle. They can't control all the inventory. I had to return it
