All went well. Only had a shipping issue. That was not at the fault of J&P Cycles. And the shipper attached a picture of the part dropped of and I recognized it as my neighbors garage. Address for shipping was correct. Driver just dropped at wrong location
Ordered a part and due to my own fault it was the wrong one. No hastle to return it, J&P lets you print a fedex label - and so that was easy!
Item returned as did not fit although fitment segment noted otherwise. Return was quick and easy to receive authorization but should have free return shipping since I already paid for shipping to receive your product.
The case of oil I purchased was delivered with one of the oil container lids loose and leaking oil. The shipping box was wet and dripping oil and one of containers was half empty.

Doing a hydraulic tensioner upgrade on my 03 twin cam. The cam plate came packaged extremely well in the fueling packaging. Was super clean and came with assembly lube which is nice! Definitely recommend for those looking to upgrade with quality parts!
Product arrived well packaged and once installed sounded GREAT! Definitely a step up in volume giving the bike a nice deep rumble. Taking out the baffles doubles the sound of that rumble and sounds even better. Only regret is not getting them sooner
Quick and easy and the parts I needed. I ordered and paid and had the parts sent to my mechanic, saving me from having to take them to his shop...
Looks nice! Only thing that bugs me is that the ends flip up instead of molding to the fender. Due to the stretching. I'll get over it.
I thought I was ordering specifically for my bike, these won't fit so I want a refund to my gift card so I can purchase something else
