The part will not work for my motorcycle. I will need to return it

I ordered a battery and it arrived damaged from shipment. I called customer service and reported the damage and the next day I received return authorization. They also shipped a replacement without requiring the return of the damaged battery. Throughout the process they kept me informed by email. Best Customer Service Experience!

Placed this order at midnight Thursday night and the tire arrive Saturday around 2 PM. Placing order was very easy and delivery time was the best I've experienced in a long time from other vendors. Hopefully if you shop from JP Cycle you should have the same experience I did.
