Package was supposed to show up Friday or Saturday it got delayed then Package showed up today with tank poking through sides on both ends scratched up and dented where the bolts go through. Other then that it's ok.there was absolutely no bubble rap to make sure the tank did not get messed up and box was torn at the top of box. So for 330 dollars I think some Packaging around the tank would have been nice. I've bought alot from you guys and this is my first time something like this happened so honestly not that big of a deal.

Shipper made a mistake didn't get my parts on time. Jp made it right with me though

Had the tires I needed at a competitive price, but that's where the savings ended. $80 more to mount the tires, $60 to install the front wheel bearings, $80 for the rear bearings. And that's above the absorbent price of the bearings to begin with. By the time I was done changing 2 tires and the bearings, I was at $1,000. I don't pay that much for my truck. Kinda disappointing.

Parts came quickly and was exactly what I wanted...,,...,...

We ordered brake pads that said they would fit. When we took our pads off we could see the ones ordered would not fit. So we sent back the pads. Of course fedex lost the return package. Spoke with J&P who promised they were issuing the refund. 3 weeks later checked my account no money. Had to call...again told refund is on its way. Should see 3 to 5 days. I will be checking, but as of now can't say I would be making another purchase from them.

Ordering was easy but, the grips that in the description said that they would fit my bike, didn't really fit. I ended up putting the old grips back on

Customer service was very helpful and they honored their price match guarantee by beating a competitor's price.

I received my order pretty quickly it was what I ordered and the quality was good. I have no complaints and will definitely use j&p cycles again for future products.
