Harley Davidson in Blane MN, told me it was obsolete, and go to Donnie Smith bike show to the swap and shop.
I went online to J&P cycle and found the part, ordered it, received it, and IT FIT!

My order shipped out fast from J&P. There was a hickup with the shipping company but I can't blame J&P that. My item was pack very well and as described on J&P's sitr.
I ordered tires for two of my bikes ahead of the impending higher costs as a result of increased tariffs and received them within a week. I unpacked them and discovered that I had ordered the wrong rear tire for my HD (Blackwell was instead of whitewall)and a quick call to customer service got me a FedEx return label and a refund. I then ordered the correct tire.
Went online and ordered a set of replacements hand controls.
Randy and Micah were a great help w/ my questions. Parts were right for the bike & the budget. The order was shipped from two locations and the first half arrived in a timely fashion on my neighbor's porch. J&P's e-mail alerted me to go find it. The second half's tracking said to expect it by the end of a Friday. (didn't happen) Then by the end of Saturday. (still didn't) Sunday they hung a sticker on the door. Monday came and went. Tuesday they finally made it late in the day. I'm fairly chill but some customers can be excitable. Can't say I blame them. Full five stars for J&P, but knocked one off because FedEx.
Order was easy and fast. Although my parts went all over the US before arriving at my location. Probably a postal service issue but very aggravating. Still waiting on a separate order that I ordered a day later. That order is even worse when you watch tracking info. Don't know what J&P can do. But shipping is an issue.
