Item was described to fit a 2025 FLHX Harley-Davidson Street glide. Yet when I received the unit it was very clearly stated in the directions and on the box of the items that it would only fit up to a 23 and a half which is a completely different system than a 2025. I had the motorcycle all apart ready for the new equipment yet when I received equipment it was very obvious that the equipment was misrepresented.

The exact replacement parts I needed, at a very low price, showed up on my door step a good 3 days early from estimated delivery date.

Needed to replace my current bar. Wanted and duplicate without breaking the bank. Found what I wanted at J&P Cucles! Arrived well packaged. I will install this weekend!

Too small to use with an aftermarket headlight bulb.

Ambiguous description of products caused confusion and resulted in incorrect size received. Verify size of connectors when ordering.

I love you guys. Unfortunately, buying a helmet online is a lot like buying shoes. Comfort is something better handled in person.

I ordered a seat for my streetglide, and not only did it arrive super fast, the craftsmanship is outstanding.

I bought the Legend revo coil suspension, it was really easy to install. It has made a big difference in the ride quality. I'm going on a big ride and hopefully will see a big difference. I've been riding around town and can feel the difference in the rear of the bike. I'm really happy with it so far.

All the parts were very nice condition. If I had anything negative, it would be that I am not very patient and the shipping time took longer than I wanted. Other than that, I would definitely buy from J&P again.

This thing is hard as shh! Long distance? I don't think so. Not JP fault, just not what was advertised as soft gel filled inserts.
Plan on returning it for something better (softer).
Haven't called them yet, but plan to.

I googled elbow pads made a choice selected my size chose PayPal finalized my transaction and within 3 or 4 days they arrived at my door it doesn't get any easier, all from the comfort of my home

When I called the guy knew what I was talking about right away and he helped me get my parts ordered and he was very prompt on everything. He was very helpful.

Website was easy to navigate. I really like the shop my ride feature. Made it easy to narrow my search down to what fit the bike I'm working on.
