My order was delivered to my neighbors house and we didn't know. Called FedEx and they said they wouldn't help us because it was already delivered. Called J&P and they were going to send out another party for us. At that moment, my boyfriend saw the neighbor kid and got the party back.

I usually don't do online shopping but I found this experience quite easy. Of course. Call JP cycle the next morning to make sure. I had checked and clicked all the right boxes on my order. And fortunately I did but I do appreciate them checking.
This part failed to match up with the bolt patterns. I returned the part. Still waiting for the credit back to my card. Plus, the price of the part was too high..
