Why do I place an order for 3 items for them to all ship a week apart for the first 2. And the 3rd still says processing? Good thing I'm not trying to get my bike together for an event of some kind or I would never order from JP Cycles again...

Fast and exactly what it described and got perfect

I waited almost 1 year for a new tire that the manufacturer (Triumph) couldn't replace on my bike. The dealer gave me the (J&P) URL link he got from a customer with same bike (Rocket 3). Great 3rd party (J&P) results for a product (tire) that the manufacturer (Triumph) couldn't deliver.

Had the tire in stock that was out of stock everywhere else. Ordered on Tuesday got. Friday around noon

I recently put Factory 47 crash bars on my bike and could not fit my Harley HWY pegs on them due to size. I was not installing the ugly clamps they said I would have to go to. A friend told me about these and I love them great product and wide range of adjustments.

My package was delivered to the wrong house. Luckily the neighbor that received was nice enough to get it to me a day after it was delivered. Not impressed with the delivery driver. The houses clearly have the numbers on them.
They are just dropping the package at A house and not looking at the number on the house. Not your fault...

It's not easy to find some parts for an older Harley that I'm doing my best to keep on the road. I was able to find the exact speedometer cable that I need at about half the cost that I found elsewhere. It was shipped quickly and I'm quite pleased with the service.

I found the tie downs on your website fairly easily and placing the order was easy as well. The tie downs where delivered in a reasonable time frame and the package was intact. I installed the tie downs yesterday and the were a perfect fit. I have not used them yet but I will be trailering the bike at the end of the month. I hope that there are no issues. The only negative thing is that there were no instructions in the box but I figured out which side was which.

Ordered dipstick, great design, looks great, love the colour and arrived quickly. Great service from J&P Cycles.

Ordered an air filter that was priced for approximately $92 USD $70 for shipping additional charges of customs in the Philippines and conversion of Canadian dollars total of C$249 out of my Canadian account when I purchased this online it said it would fit my bike and it looked like it would so we went and oiled it to put it on the bike and realized it was too late to return it because we'd already oiled it. And the holes didn't line up we then we drilled it for the right size holes and it would not seal properly. We then proceeded to use a liquid gasket to have it seal it hopefully that will work.

Put my order in the cart, was not sure it was correct, called customer service and tasked with them. They assured me I had the correct tires. I placed the order and had my tires 2 days later.

One of the items that I purchased took 7 days to SHIP when it was supposeto ship in 24 hours. After receiving other items I ordered at the same time I called customer service to find out what was going on. I notice that there was now a separate tracking number now and said " a waiting carrier pick up USPS ". When I asked the representative why it didn't ship she told me it did just needs more time to up date. She told me to call back in 3 days if there was no change. When I called back in 4 days another representative told me that it didn't ship that he would find out why. He told me that it was Friday but he would make sure it sipped by Monday. Well by Monday my item shipped 7 days later and another 4 days to receive. The other part of my order I received in 3 days. I was very disappointed in JP Cycle as I have ordered from them before and never had this problem before. I m thinking lights ended up being out of stock and they dragged me on so I wouldn't cancel and get them direct from the manufacturer.
I will order from JP cycle again but if a item doesn't ship in 24 hours as advertised I will not wait or be lead on again

Communication from order entry to doorstep delivery puts Amazon and everyone else on notice. I'm really impressed with the delivery and follow through

Was told your jp cycle t-shirt ran a little small so I ordered xxl way to big can't even wear it should have ordered my regular size xl guess ill give it away way to big for me to wear. But on other hand the tranny an primary oils worked out fine bike seems to like em will start buying them again
