I want to thank you for the experience of shopping with you. I ordered a set of fuel injectors for my wife's bike and said injectors were sent out and was supposed to be delivered April 26. But as of the last time I checked they were in Champagne IL. After they had traveled from Louisville Ky, Evansville IN, (where they should have been delivered), then Huntsville Al, Birmingham Al, Chattanooga TN, to Champagne IL. What was we finally got delivered was the second order that was supposed to be next day but came on the 3rd day. So do you think I had a good overall experience with your company?

I Placed my order. Upon review I noticed that I had ordered the wrong item. So contacted customer service (CS) to do refund. They sent me the info that I needed for the return. Situations beyond their control, during shipment the box tore open and the item fell out the box. Contacted CS and shared the pictures of the opened and damaged box. They replaced my item and with the correct one I needed initially. With excellent CS like this, they'll have a customer for life.
