I bought a S&S air filter and it got delivered quickly. Great fit, no problem.

No issues, easy transaction, parts as described. Only issue is this 40 characters whis is delaying me installing parts. I only tried to be nice but now it is annoying.

This last time, I was ordering all cables, clutch and brake lines for a +10 (16") ape install, and there seemed to be a lack of products. The items I did purchase- 1/3 ended up being sent to me in the stock size. I thought those companies that J&P buys from were just out of products- until I went straight to the companies and found the items. Maybe J&P can have better communication with the companies? Might help.

Very easy to find and order! Wasn't quite as happy with delivery. Ordered at same time, got front tire next day, but rear one went to 3 other states before getting to us. Came 4 days later.

Wonderful experience with ordering. Ordered a set of pipes and handlebar grips. The pipes arrived when expected. They were sent through ups if I remember correctly. The grips were sent through the usps and they took an extra 5 days to arrive. I put that on the usps not J&P. They mailed them at the same time.

I have always gotten great service from these guys... I always check here first before I look anywhere else.

My part got shipped back for the address wrong and j p sent another one no questions asked.
