Everything from ordering to receiving was great. I even forgot to add a coupon code I had and customer service was immediately able to apply it and issue a refund for that amount.
The first time I ordered my order was marked as shipped then two days later my order was canceled saying it was "out of stock". Months later when the item came back in stock I purchased it again. The only issues I had this time was the order was delayed and the box came open.

Kickstand bracket was ordered for a 99 motorcycle is a 1999 spring bracket was in the incorrect spot had to take it to a welder to have additional work done was incorrect part and too much hassle to send it back and wait for a refund or a different part

Love the comoto group. Between JP, Revzilla, and Cyclegear, I have most of what I need. Shipping is fast and returns are easy. I like how JP has most of the harley parts I need at a good price. I still shop at some of the other online stores for the more custom stuff, but I know if those stores don't have it, JP does. JP customer service is great though and their technical help department is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.
