JP had all the parts I needed. They were in stock and were shipped out quickly.

Works well on my Ford 3000 Tractor but not on my Mahindra because the filling cap is too low for the quick spout to work.

Easy to order parts and there was a nice big selection to choose from with lots of quality name brands.

Ordered helmet online after debating on which size, ended up choosing the wrong size. Easy enough to file for a return. Just stuck at the point of sending it back as I don't have a easy fedex drop point in town and haven't left town on anything except the bike for a week.

Open and damaged box like it came out of the trash and been beaten up by a hammer Aquatic AV radio seemed like it was used even the rubber seal was squished on the side and scratches along where the bolts go. Missing speaker wire connector, and the antenna connector was squished to an oval form. Previous order of a windshield arrived, scratched, and badly packaged. Will not be ordering from JP again.

For the second time in succession I have ordered a product that was a guaranteed fit that did not fit. I have emailed questions per the listed opportunity on the item page and never received an answer which would have eliminated the need for my return of the item.

I received my order of Arlen Ness mirrors for my 2012 Victory Cross Roads. Unfortunately, I was shipped to rights.
I called spoke to customer service, they expedited a left mirror to replace the incorrect one. Very customer focused to make the situation right on a timely basis.

Seat order from J&P ended up being drop shipping from the maufacturer. Took 2 weeks to arrive, as a memeber I generally qualify for free 2 day shipping, which often is more like 4 or 5 days. But 2 weeks should be noted on the site when an item is being drop shipped and extended shipping is expected by the seller and not expected until after the sale by the buyer.

Said brake pads were universal front and rear turns out they work only for rear brake

I ordered tires for for my 1999 flhtcui, Shinko sr999 Long Hual 130/90r16, rear white wall (all info found, even on manufacturer site had load index for this item at 77H) and front black wall (white wall for front was on back order and I'm not really worried about the match as I was in need of tires ASAP to get keep on the road). Items were delivered on time and I was satisfied with the front tire yet the rear tire had 73H as the load index on the sidewall. Since it did not match the spec info online I contacted customer service to get some sort of correction. They looked at what they could find all showing spec for that tire at 77H so I shipped that tire back and received a replacement yet was still 73H. Contacted JP CS again for same thing to happen again (3rd rear tire to receive) so I called Shinko CS directly and they are to correct their information online that was wrong. All parties were eager to please.
