After struggling with getting new tires for my bike, I found what I needed with a quick delivery time frame here. The price was great and I really appreciated the communications from J&P regarding the shipping and delivery.

Easy breezy from start to finish, no hassle and re never my items faster than expected

Has to pick up first order at Fed Ex. Paid for quick shipping on that order and they did not deliver to correct address. Second order took long to even get shipped out and have been getting emails wanting me to rate the experience before I got the product.

Haven't used it yet. Sure it will be fine. Apparently Torrington was purchased by foreigners. Hope the quality hasn't suffered.

The part I order was not what was in the bag I received, I ordered a spline and the one I got was smooth, but the bad was label as spline

Definitely not JP's fault, but shipping was horrible. USPS seemed to think they had to give my pkg a tour of Missouri. Because of that, I received the product 5 days after the date that you promised. Product arrived in wonderful condition and am excited to get it installed on my trike! JP's needs to 'stick it' to the USPS! Thank you for providing great products!

Helmet was delivered as promised. Outrush R is an improvement over the Outrush. It has an external SENA intercom rather than the internal one in the Outrush.

Order was correct and on time delivery everything on description was accurate
