Bought the V&H Big Radius PCX pipes for my 2019 FXBB. These pipes look great and they sound even better. I took off the chrome tips to keep the subdued look. Awesome product!
I found 2 bolts stripped lucky for me my old bolts fit onto the new. Box looked like it had been returned, all torn and retapped.
Little time locating parts, within 2 o3 days the parts are sitting at my front door!

Ordered parts for my 1987 bike and everything is a perfect fit
Bought new 14" apes for my Road Glide which required new clutch, brake and harness for bar controls. Wasn't able to tell which harness length was needed so I messaged J&P on their chat and got the info I needed. I got the kit right away before I even got the bars. Everything was pretty straight forward and install was a little tight but changed direction of the wire pull and went much easier. Anyway... happy with the purchase and on the fly support via chat.

I ordered a set of tires for my bike. They shipped from different places. 1 up north the other a couple hours away in Georgia. Fed Ex delayed the one coming from Georgia by a couple of days past the original. Happy with them but not to crazy with Fed Ex.
The emails asking for a review were annoying, so I'm doing this now. Shopping experience was good though. Haven't been home yet to confirm the parts are right, but whatever... Close enough 🤣

Bolts thst came with pegs would not fit my gear lever. Had to run Around to different stores trying to find bolts to fit with no luck. Said it was for my bike but it wasn't

Ordered a $200 part and when I received it the item was sticking out of box. This was not shipper fault. Item was packed in a small box with no protection whatsoever in box.
I tried to send a email with picture through website, apparently it did not go through. I will most likely never order from them again.
