Prompt shipping although the part only lasted a week. Had to remove headlight surpressor because it was faulty, headlight inoperable. Now I can't use radio because of static caused by led headlight.
We ordered a sena bluetooth unit. After it stopped working we tried to return it under warranty through sena. After dealing with numerous people at sena for a month we called JP cycles. Jp cycles immediately left us return it through them and we bought a cardo unit from them.

See above. The smaller box containing the battery had tipped over inside of the larger outer box and was laying on it's side. It held acid, took a charge and seems to be working ok, but has me worried about internal damage from being shipped on it's side.
