I ordered twice - 2 different orders -- of 4 products each time. Very weird. In each 4-product order, one product showed up individually delivered. The next day, the other 3 showed up. Same thing happened the next time I ordered 4 products. One came on Day 1, the other 3 the next day. What is THAT all about? Clearly it is intentional -- not an accident. What is your strategy for this? If it only happened once, I would think you had limited quantity, so you split the order. But that is clearly not it. You do it intentionally -- I'm guessing on ALL multi-product orders. WHY? What is the benefit to the customer?
