I had fantastic, quick service from J&P even ordering from the UK.
The calipers I ordered for my 78 FX were really poor quality. The threads were a problem and stripped when tightening the bleed screw down, the piston seal had been damaged on installing and i had to replace it. Although I'd recommend J&P, I'd avoid the calipers. (I had another set of these from a different supplier, I the same problems, I hoped I'd just got a poor set, sadly this wasn't the case).
Looked at web site found what I was looking for a fuel pump kit for my 09 road king, shipping was ok, if you can wait a few days for standard shipping got parts in good order, they fit and bike is back on the road again, thanks

During spring-time checks on my 1989 FXSTS, the battery was showing 17.4 volts (with engine running). I replaced the entire charging system, rotor / stator / voltage regulator, installed the V-Factor 32-Amp Charging Kit For Harley Big Twin 1970-1999. The voltage at the battery now shows 14.3 volts with the engine running.

WENT TO STORE IN TENNESSEE TOGET A TIRE BUT COULDN'T GET IT BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN WITH OUT TOOLS. EMPLOYEE GLADLY ASSISTED IN ORDERING THEM OLINE WHICH ENDING UP SAVING ME SOME MONEY.
Purchasing my part was easy and shipping was fast. I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, only because it wasn't what I was looking for. I ordered a 10" Klock Werks windshield which turned out to be too tall for me, at no fault of J&P Cycles. The return process was easy and I'm looking forward to purchasing the correct windshield for me once the refund is processed.
