I ordered a turn signal for a 2000 Dyna Convertible but received one for a single filament lamp instead of a dual filament lamp. No biggie. Micah in returns told me how to fill out the return form and ordered the correct lamp for me, credited and rebooked the transaction plus a $10 credit for my inconvenience. THAT'S THE WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER!

Service with JP was great. The backrest mounting on the seat is terrible it won't stay in position and no way to tighten. It continues to fall in the seat.

There's nothing to say that I haven't already said. If you're not an RPM number you're missing the boat. If you're not buying from J&P Cycle you're missing the boat. The concierge team the Harley techs are PHENOMENAL! The only employee I have a problem with every single time I get her, is Jen! She spends more time telling you why not and wasting J&P cycles time and yours than just doing her damn job!
