I've been a J&P customer since 2006. You have always had good customer service, great products and fair prices. However, if you're asking me about my overall experience, I prefer the old site and feel of the company. I hate being asked for a customer survey every time I access the site or buy something. It all feels like Biker Veneer over Corporate Slickness. The personality of the site died a few years back. There's nothing that makes me want to go to J&P first anymore, it's just as easy to hit Amazon or 10 other sites. If you don't understand that, you should probably do some soul searching before asking me about it every time I order something.
